DESI citizens gain an employment visa by securing a job with an employer in a Middle East country
and completing the following process:

The employer applies for the work permit and entry permit for the employee. On arriving in the destination country, the employee completes the following process:

Submitting documents, including: passport, CV, Attested certificates

Medical fitness examination and biometrics

In-country ID registration

There may be the need to provide a police clearance report

Residence visa stamping (or digital issuance)
Standard employment residence visas are generally valid for 2 years (renewable), depending on the employer and issuing authority.
FAMILY SPONSORSHIP
Once legally employed and meeting the required income threshold, many residents can sponsor:
- Husband or wife and children
- In some cases, parents
The sponsor must meet the applicable income and accommodation requirements.
